Before placing an order for products or services, acceptance of these Conditions of Sale is required. If you do not accept these Conditions of Sale, you will not be able to order any product or service through the site.
Update of these Conditions of Sale
As we may update these Terms of Sale periodically, please check them regularly to stay updated on any changes. The most recent version of these Conditions of Sale will always be available on the Site. Each update of these Conditions of Sale will have immediate effect from the moment it is published and will apply to each new order of products or services that will be made after that moment. Any updates to these Conditions of Sale made after your order will not apply to that order or to your contractual relationship with us, except as may be required by applicable law.
Terms of purchase
Only natural persons (and not legal persons) who: (a) have reached the age required by law to enter into contracts validly (eighteen years, in most countries) can order products through the Site; (b) have the capacity to act required by law to validly enter into contracts; and (c) choose as the delivery address one or more countries among those to which we ship, as specified in the Sales Channels. In the event that you are a minor or cannot legitimately enter into a contract, it will be necessary for your parent or guardian to place the order on your behalf and accept these Conditions of Sale.
Availability and quantity of products
The purchase of certain products may be subject to quantity limitations. We reserve the right to refuse, without notice and at any time, purchases that exceed a certain quantity of products.
Product warranty certificate
All products are sold with a certificate that guarantees the titer, weight and all other characteristics of the product you have purchased.

Personalized services
For some products it is possible to request customization services (for example, engraving) or other similar services. If you want to receive a customized product, you will need to provide us with the details of the customization using the methods provided on the Site.
We reserve the right to suspend or refuse the acceptance of any order for customized products, which contain offensive, illegal language. You are responsible for ensuring that the text you provide us with to personalize the products is correct.
Furthermore, orders for personalized products cannot be canceled and the same, in any way customized or modified according to your specific preferences, cannot be returned for exchanges or refunds, as required by these Conditions of Sale. This does not in any way affect your rights as a consumer (for more information please see the Manufacturer's Warranty and Consumer Rights section).
Purchase procedure
The purchase procedure from the Site includes the following:
Add to Cart: Once you have chosen the product, you can add it to your cart. You can then continue to purchase other products and add them to your cart (if available). Adding a product to the cart does not guarantee the purchase of the product. The confirmation of the purchase will arrive only once the Order and Shipping Confirmation has been received.
Checkout: You can proceed with the "Checkout" without having to create an account. During the checkout phase you can also delete one or more products from your cart.
Delivery, Summary and Payment: During the checkout phase, you will be able to add and review your order details and data (for example: your email, delivery address, billing address and payment information). Before placing your order, you will need to carefully check and confirm all the order details shown on the summary page.
Placing the Order: Once you have completed the previous steps, you can click and place your order.
For reasonable reasons, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel or cancel orders at any time. Such as in the event that we believe, in our complete discretion, that you have committed fraudulent activity or violated, in any other way, these Conditions of Sale.
Prices, taxes and shipping costs
All prices shown on the Site include VAT.
Once you have entered the delivery address, we will update the currency applicable to your purchase and show it directly in the cart, before you can place the order. After updating, you will need to carefully check both the prices and the currency.
The shipping costs and taxes applicable to your order are free.
We carefully check that the prices of the products on the Site are always correct, although errors are possible. If you have placed an order that has incorrect product prices, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. If it is impossible to contact you through the contacts you provided during the purchase process, we will cancel the order and notify you in writing. If, by mistake, we have accepted or confirmed an order that has errors, we will cancel the shipment of the product and we will refund all amounts paid.
Please note that in the event that a legislative change occurs between the time you place your order and the time you receive the Order and Shipping Confirmation, there may be changes in the taxes (VAT) relating to your order, we will contact you to ask you to confirm your order again.
Payment
The accepted payment methods are those indicated during the purchase process on the Site. Based on the payment method chosen, we may ask you for further information in order, for example, to identify you by requesting specific documents.
To place an order, you will need to enter payment information in the appropriate form. All payment card holders are subject to verification and approval by the card issuer. In the event that the issuer of your payment card does not authorize the payment, you will need to contact the issuer directly to resolve the problem.
Other payment methods may also be subject to verification and authorization by the payment system managers. The total amount of your purchase will remain blocked on your payment card until the order is shipped. At that point, you will receive the Order and Shipping Confirmation and the payment will be charged to the card.
When using credit card / debit card / PayPal / as a payment method, the entire purchase amount can be withdrawn immediately after the order is created. The advance payment will not affect in any way the rights of the buyer under these conditions of sale (including, by way of example, any right of refund). When the order is shipped, an order and shipping confirmation will be sent. If we fail to comply with the shipping and / or delivery terms specified below, we will notify you by email and refund the prepayment without undue delay. In the case of payments by credit / debit card, the total purchase amount may be blocked until the order is sent. When the order and shipping confirmation is sent, the applicable purchase price will be charged to the payment card.
Order confirmation
Once you have made your choice and confirmed the order through the Site, you will receive an Order Confirmation by e-mail, which will confirm the order details and the order reference number. Be sure to keep the order reference number for any future requests relating to the same. The Order Confirmation is not an acceptance of your order. To definitively confirm the order, we will carry out the security, anti-fraud, creditworthiness and other checks required by law. Once these checks have been carried out, unless we encounter problems, the order will be definitively confirmed. Upon receipt of the Order Confirmation, it will be your responsibility to double-check it and confirm that it accurately reflects the order you requested.
